Nadia Ackerman's love of jazz greats
Nancy Wilson, Blossom Dearie, and Betty Carter began shaping her
future from a very young age. She undertook the challenging path
of a jazz vocalist and toured extensively while recording and releasing
three CD’s internationally. Then she began to write songs that
were not “jazz” but they spoke of and to her singing talent to
such a degree she has now undertaken the much more daunting endeavor
of performing her own material in some indefinable genre..
